”Always” is the third and final single to be released from the northern based The Devine’s upcoming debut album ”Modern Life in Urban Wastelands”.
With guitar-driven melodies and lyrics about a bygone era, about someone who once existed in one’s life and whom one cannot forget, the band once again demonstrates their strength in creating melodic songs in the classic Swedish/British indie school.
The band is characterized by their relatively short and intense songs, drenched in guitar melodies where Magnus Haderborg’s (whom we recognize from The Vapour Veils and The Jilted) voice dresses the songs with his bright and emotional voice that unintentionally makes one think of some long lost bands.
